Wolf Alice – You’re A Germ Second single off the North London quartet’s debut, with a hard to ignore name. You’re A Germ is a single with a narrative, which would take listeners back to their school days, talking about teenage relationships, they build on the nostalgia, which is a common theme throughout their first album. It’s the grungy sound we’re used to from Wolf Alice, but the song is a massive build up of lead singer’s Ellie Roswell’s emotions, starting off with a steady beat, going into something a lot heavier, making the single work, because of the contrast. FFS – Call Girl The Scottish, American super group, made of Franz Ferdinand and Sparks release Call Girl off of their Debut, self titled, album. Using funky harmonies, to make the chorus stay in your head all day, the song wants fans and audiences to enjoy it.
